Operation: GoodJobsOperation: GoodJobs provides a holistic integration of career services with family and financial strengthening services for United States veterans and family members, including post – 9/11 U.S. veterans, female veterans, 18-26 year-old veterans, National Guard and Reservists.

Each year, approximately 300,000 men and women come home from serving our country. Many find jobs and support – but an average of 6% still consistently face unemployment.

Our program offers these returning Veterans career assessment, individualized career planning, financial education, job placement, career advancement services, transitional services, family support services, assistance with child care, and support for spouses and other family members. With this support, the men and women we work with are starting out on new career paths, finding good jobs, and supporting their families.

Goodwill’s Operation: GoodJobs program is funded by the Walmart Foundation and administered by Goodwill Industries International.
