Learn to Earn is an innovative training and placement program that prepares individuals with documented disabilities for work. Workers are placed in hospitality, food services, retail, clerical and janitorial positions. The program is a pipeline of qualified job seekers for employers. All services are provided at no cost to the employer or job seeker.
Learn to Earn provides:
1. Vocational Training: determines job seeker’s strengths, skills, interest and vocational goals.
2. Work Readiness Training: intensive classroom training – workplace relationship, communications, listening, conflict resolution, time management skills and more.
3. On-Site Job Coaching: one to one job coaching and support.
4. Internships: matched with paid or unpaid internships
Work readiness training and job coaching is provided throughout the internship and for 90 days after the participant is hired.
