Andrew Ellzey, a graduate of Goodwill’s Call Forward Program, took the Fox News spotlight when Good Day host Antwan Lewis interviewed him for Street Talk last month. The segment aired Saturday, June 29.

Mr. Ellzey recounted how Goodwill provided him customer service representative training and then helped him find employment at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Mr. Ellzey was the first program graduate. He currently works in the agency’s Human Resources department.

Martha Jackson, Goodwill’s Director New Initiatives & Business Partnerships, explained the services that Goodwill’s Call Forward offers to individuals who are legally blind. “We are one of the best kept secrets,” said Ms. Jackson. But we hope not for long!

We want everyone to know that when you donate to Goodwill, you are helping fund our programs that help provide training and find jobs for individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment.
