Your donations make all the difference – they allow us to fund more than 60 programs and services, affecting 160,000 New York and Northern New Jersey residents a year. Last year alone, our 18 different youth programs Goodwill’s  served more than 14,600 children and families, and we placed over 600 youths in summer jobs.

We couldn’t do this without you. The Street has a video up of our own Executive Vice President Karen Means explaining the importance of donations – and what we’re doing here at Goodwill to make donating even easier for you.

EVP Karen Means chats with The Street about what we've got planned to help you get your no-longer-neededs to Goodwill.

Click here for the video, and be sure to check out the great article “Thrift is Cool for Back to School” there, too.

If you plan to donate soon, remember: all our stores take donations during their open hours. You can find the store nearest you at A Guide to GoodwillNyNj – and you can find out all the good you’ll be doing over at The Donate Movement. Thank you for all the good you do, and keep on donating, Goodwill fans!
